The following options are available to clients in exchange for fee considerations:
- Exclusivity - Fee consideration is given if a client designates CivilianJobs.com as their exclusive provider of military candidates for contingency search.
- Multiple positions - Fee consideration is given if a client contracts with CivilianJobs.com to fill multiple positions.
- Retained searches - Client companies gain fee consideration, hiring flexibility and reduce their payment processing workload by submitting a retainer to CivilianJobs.com.

GUARANTEE
CivilianJobs.com extends a 100% replacement guarantee on all placed candidates provided
that the contract is paid within thirty (30) days of the candidate’s start date.
The guarantee shall extend a period of ninety (90) calendar days effective from
the starting date of the placed candidate and insures against voluntary resignations
and performance related terminations. Replacement candidates will be provided within
sixty (60) days. The maximum guarantee period for hourly wages (or salary equivalents)
BELOW $16/hr. will be thirty (30) days.
* For hourly employees, wage rates are multiplied by 2080 to equate to annual salary
